Joy of Music Co. has created delightful methods for learning to make music. Our teaching is child centered and recognizes that children have different learning styles. 

We work hard to use as many learning windows as possible. We use games, puzzles, puppets, and just plain silliness in a positive, affirming atmosphere.

Research demonstrates significant brain cell growth with keyboard lessons prior to age 10. 

We believe that learning to play a musical instrument provides a priceless opportunity to build new brain cells, neural connections, and brain intelligences, as well as the many other benefits.

A unique, exciting, hands-on curriculum developed and tested by the Joy of Music Co. 

Classes meet once per week for 8 weeks and are 50 minutes. The cost is $100 and covers 8 sessions plus registration and materials, payable to Joy of Music Co. 

First come first serve. One half payment holds space in class.

No more than 6 students per class. Children must have beginning reading ability, or have completed first grade. Each child must have a piano or keyboard at home to practice. There are a limited amount of keyboards available for a nominal rental fee.

Classes meet once a week. Because of the cumulative nature of the classes it is to your child's best interest to attend classes as regularly as possible. There is no prorating for missed classes

At the conclusion, private lessons will be available.
